I hope you had fun on your vacation!!!!!!!
Thanks! I had fun, but I can't wait to get back. This year has been going so well, that I am anxious to get back and continue with the progress we have been making in class.
I really liked the pumpkin show. It was fun riding rides but I thought I was going to die when Dimitri squished me on the ride by the bumper cars. It really hurts when you get squished by a football player. Well at least I had a good time and so did you.
I had a great vacation in Maryland but even though I had my homework to take with me it's still easier for me to be in class and learn. It makes sense that we should not miss school unless we really need to because it's hard to catch up.
The upper penninsula is very beautiful. The year Jacob was born our family stayed at a bed & breakfast. There is a national park where we seen bald eagles and there huge nests. I believe we stayed at Grand Marais.(I think that is how you spell it)During our stay we had fun on a jet ski & tried to stand upright to ski(I wiped out though). We also visited Lake Superior for fishing, where if you fell into the white caps you would die of hypothermia before you would drown or atleast that is what the captian of the boat said. There were so many beautiful lighthouses & sand dunes. The scariest thing was to cross the Mackinaw Bridge. But,it sure was beautiful.I must say that even though we are die hard OSU fans it paid off to go to Michigan. It was a great experience and it would be a wonderful place to take our family now that they've grown up enough to appreciate it. So, enjoy yourself Mr. Mcguire!
